Customized optoelectronical modules and subsystems

With our special expertise in optics, we would like to be your OEM partner when it comes to development and production of optical, opto-electronical, and opto-mechanical assemblies and systems. In particular, we have the expertise and experience in the development, transition to series production, and series production of assemblies and modules with optical sensors. 

Our development department features a modern and well-equipped optics laboratory to implement complex optical systems from breadboard up to prototype.  We use modern measurement equipment for characterization of laser beams and laser sources.

Employing Zemax Optic Studio, our optics specialists design lenses and optical beam paths for imaging and illuminating systems. Our areas of expertise are the design of single-lens bestform components, the design of achromatic lenses, and the calculation of aspheres and multi-lens systems including aberration correction:

  • Measurement of spacing and distances (DMM) 
  • Laser diode modules for specific applications
  • Spectral modules and color sensor modules for process monitoring and quality inspection
  • Analysis of LED light sources  

Depending on your technical requirements, target cost, and quantities, we design, calculate and develop optical systems and integrate them into complete assemblies and devices including the required mechanical and electronical systems.
